All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
By booking a service appointment, contacting us through our website, phone, or email, or using any part of our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, emergency calls, or unforeseen technical issues.
Customers must ensure:
Safe and clear access to the appliance
Presence of an adult (18+) at the service location
Proper electrical and water connections are available
Failure to provide safe access may result in appointment cancellation.
A diagnostic fee may apply to inspect and identify appliance issues. This fee covers technician travel, inspection, and professional assessment.
The diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost if the repair is approved and completed during the same visit.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
After diagnosing the appliance, we provide a repair estimate outlining:
Required parts
Labor charges
Total estimated cost
All pricing is provided upfront before repair work begins. Repairs will only proceed after customer approval.
Prices may vary depending on:
Appliance model and brand
Part availability
Extent of internal damage
Additional labor requirements
We may provide a limited warranty on certain parts and labor, depending on the type of repair performed.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Misuse or neglect
Accidental damage
Improper installation
Unauthorized modifications

Customers are responsible for:

PowerPro Appliance Repair is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing appliance conditions.
Customers must provide reasonable notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge to cover technician travel time and scheduling impact.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments in cases of unsafe working conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in additional collection actions as permitted by law.
